I build automations that deliver results.

Hi, I'm Trung, founder of Automatify. I come from the web and systems world and spent years working on projects for a large enterprise client, but also looked after many smaller clients.

Over the past years I've built many automations for SMEs, some saving up to 95% of working time in specific processes. That ranges from pragmatic script and SaaS solutions to complex n8n automations. I'm not a fan of endless meetings and workshops, but of fast results you feel immediately in everyday work.

By now I've built a small development team in Vietnam, with whom we serve clients internationally. But importantly: in meetings you always talk directly to me, not to a sales layer.

What happens in the intro call?
When you fill in the contact form, please give us as much context as possible. In the call you'll get concrete suggestions and quick wins, and often you'll notice the solution is simpler than expected but still saves a huge amount of time. By the end you'll know clearly which path fits best.
Can we start small?
Yes, gladly. We often start with a quick win that saves time immediately, then build out step by step.
How fast do we see results?
You often see a demo within a short time, so you don't decide in the dark. Going live productively often takes seven to fourteen days depending on scope, when the process is clear and the tools cooperate.
Which tools can you integrate?
Basically anything with an API or webhooks. If a system has no clean interface, we look at whether it's still sensibly integrable via exports, databases or other routes.
What does an automation cost?
It depends heavily on complexity and risk. Small, clearly scoped automations start at $600 with us, for example a simple web scraper that exports information from a website, or a small workflow without many edge cases. Larger systems, like your own SaaS tool or a complex automation with many integrations and special logic, tend to be in the $2,400–6,000 range, depending on how much needs to be tested and safeguarded. And if we already cover your case as a ready-made solution, you can simply buy the Workflow Kit from $350 and start right away.
Do we need our own tech team?
No, you don't. We handle setup, implementation and handover so your team can use the workflow. A bit of technical understanding in the team helps, especially if you want to adjust things yourself later, but it's not a must.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes, on request we offer a maintenance service. That makes sense when the process is important and has to run reliably long-term, or when you don't have time internally for upkeep and updates.
Are ready-made workflows the same for everyone?
The Workflow Kit has a standardized base so it stays stable and maintainable. But you can adjust it in many places and tailor it to you. If that's too complicated for you, we can set it up and maintain it for you.
What happens during outages?
If something critical goes down, it gets priority and we fix it quickly. Monitoring and logs help enormously, but we only use logs if you explicitly agree, since that can also be a data-protection topic.
Can you take over existing automations?
Yes, we can look at your setup and give an honest assessment of whether stabilizing makes sense. In practice we often see that existing automations aren't built cleanly, and that fixing takes longer than a clean rebuild. So we decide after a quick check and tell you clearly what's faster and cheaper.
